Contact FAQ

I want to be in your next film. Where do I send my materials?
You must follow our submission guidelines.

I want to work with you guys at the entry level. Do you accept internships?
We do not accept interns, but we do look for quality production assistants to help us out on every film set. We usually bring aboard 3-4 PA’s for each film. Go to our submission guidelines and follow the crew submissions outline.

How can I get the Legion to come to my town?
We do make special appearances from time to time. Our availability depends on our production schedule and whatever else we have going on in our lives. You can try to book us for an event by following our media request guidelines.

What are my chances of being in a Legion Film as a cast or crew member?
We announce cast and crew calls for every film we produce as well as films produced by our subsidiaries. We review every submission and keep them on file. Our Acquisitions & Development Team is always looking for new talent.

What is the Legion Films’ Acquisitions & Development Team?
It is our search committee for new talent. The team is chaired by Michael O’Connor and comprised of Marc Dube, Robert Maffeo and Richard Broderick. They accept submissions for cast, crew, screenplays, films, music and anything else that may benefit a Legion production. If you are interested in submitting to them, please follow the submission guidelines for each category.

Can I submit materials to Legion Films at any time?
Yes, we accept submissions year round.

Do you keep the information of cast and crew members working on your films confidential?
Absolutely, we pass along requests directly to the cast or crew member who may then choose to contact the respondent. Of course, most of our cast and crew members have their own websites or fan sites and welcome the publicity. You can find many of these sites in our Links section.

How do I sign up for Aaron Vnuk’s email Newsletter?
Just enter your email address in the Newsletter section on our website and click Subscribe. You will receive monthly newsletters from “the man” himself.

How do I un-subscribe to the Newsletter?
Just send us an email to our general mailbox and request to be removed from our mailing list.

Do you use SAG actors?
Most of our productions are non-union however; we are open to exploring a SAG agreement if it will benefit the film. We encourage all union talent to submit to us regardless of whether the film is posted as union or non-union.

What do you mean by Legion Films and its subsidiaries?
We are linked to a network of companies throughout New England that we will engage in co-productions with or other forms of production partnerships. When you submit to Legion Films your materials will be viewed by us and potentially a subsidiary company that we are in agreement with. If you want your materials to only be viewed by Legion Films, you may specify this request in your cover letter.

How do I contact Legion Films?
There are four ways to contact the production company:
By Email: mailbox@legionfilms.com
By Phone: 860-502-7108
By Fax: 860-242-7584
By Mail: Legion Films
4 Windham Drive
Simsbury, CT 06070

How do I contact a specific member of Legion Films?
Go to our Staff Directory and click on a name to send an email to that person. Many of our members have personal email addresses. If one does not, send an email to our general mailbox with your request.

If I call Legion Films, will I talk to someone?
Sure, we place a high value on new contacts, so much in fact, that the person you will be speaking with will be Marc Dube our Vice President of Production. He is the only one we have ever met that can multi-task so well that he is capable of, and has actually requested to; handle the bulk of our incoming phone calls. It is likely that you will speak to him immediately upon calling but be prepared for the conversation to be short-lived, depending on when you catch him.

What’s the best may to keep updated on your production schedule or with anything else you guys are doing?
Aaron updates our News section on a regular basis so this is a good source of information. We also recommend for all visitors to our site to sign up for his monthly Newsletter. Reading our News section and signing up for Aaron’s Newsletter are the best ways to stay in the loop. Of course, you can also email anyone on our staff or write to our general mailbox if you have further questions.
