How do I place an order at the Legion Store?
Purchasing online merchandise from the Legion Store is safe, easy and reliable. You begin by browsing through our retail outlet and select the items you want to purchase. When you are ready, you will “Proceed to Checkout” and complete secure forms managed by PayPal. This enables us to process your transaction safely. The forms exist on a secure site and ask only for the minimal amount of information necessary to complete your order. You do not need a PayPal account to buy from us! You can pay with a credit card or pay from your PayPal account. It’s efficient! The whole process is set up to make online purchasing safe for you, which is why we are excited to have our store protected by PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Checks, Bank Transfers/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Why is the Legion Store linked with PayPal?
PayPal was chosen as the Legion Store’s E-Commerce Merchant Account. We selected PayPal for your safety and protection when you order merchandise from us. Please refer to our Security Standards and Privacy Policy.
Do I need a PayPal account to order merchandise from the Legion Store?
No, you can pay with a credit card or from a PayPal account.
I don’t own a credit card. Can I pay with a money order or check?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Checks, Debit Cards/Bank Transfers, PayPal and Money Orders made out to Legion Films. We do not accept personal checks.
How much is shipping? Why is shipping $0 when I Proceed to Checkout?
We charge a $3.00 shipping fee per item. The cost is built into the price of the merchandise so it will always register as $0 when you make your purchase.
Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes, our Return Policy is outlined in the Legion Store. The policy states, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please choose your merchandise carefully. If an item is damaged upon receipt it must be returned to the Legion Store within 30 DAYS of the date of purchase. We will replace damaged item(s) but will not accept exchanges for other items in the store. The customer will initially pay for the return shipping costs and if it is determined that the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc) you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs and we will correct our mistake. How soon after placing my order can I cancel it?
Our Return Policy states that all orders are final; however we do make one exception. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Please contact the Legion Store with your request to cancel your order and you will be reimbursed with a mailed check. If we have already shipped your order before the 24 hour time period has expired, you must send it back to us to be reimbursed.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Our Return Policy states that all orders are final; however we do make one exception. You may change your order within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Please contact the Legion Store with your request. If we have already shipped your order before the 24 hour time period has expired, you must send it back to us in order to be reimbursed. If the buyer is to be reimbursed, we will do so with a mailed check.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
We ship most orders within 2-5 business days depending on whether the items are in stock. If you wish to check on the availability of an item before purchasing it, please email the Legion Store at: store@legionfilms.com.
How safe is my credit card information on the web?
Using your credit card on the Internet is far safer than anywhere else you may use it. In addition, all purchases made at the Legion Store are protected by PayPal, the industry leader in security and safety. We use PayPal as our E-Commerce Merchant Account, which authorizes online transactions over a safe and secure server. When I enter my credit card information to purchase my merchandise, why am I asked to enter a password?
PayPal will set you up with an account to make ordering faster and safer if you choose to shop at the Legion Store in the future. It is essentially the same concept as registering on any other online retail store where you are asked to enter a user name and password. Also, when logging into your account, you will be able to view your order transaction and payment information history.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Yes, PayPal will send you an email notification.
Why do you give two run times for your films?
The first run time is the actual run time for the film and the second is the run time for the behind the scenes footage.
Can I get items purchased from the store to be signed by Legion members?
Yes, we will make every effort to sign items upon request at no additional charge. However, it may take up to 2-4 weeks longer before we are ready to ship the signed merchandise. Items requested to be signed by Aaron Vnuk may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Another suggestion is to check out our News section and join our Newsletter to find out what upcoming events we have on our calendar. You can bring your merchandise to us and we will be happy to sign it in person!

If I need to call the Legion Store, will I talk to someone?
